Site Terms

1. Licence to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not transfer any ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

2. Proprietary Rights

All text, software, code, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design elements and other content on the Site (collectively, the "Material") are owned by ME·J or its licensors and are protected under Israeli and international intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited licence above, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit the Material without our prior written consent. You must keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices.

3. Acceptable Use & Site Security

You agree not to:

• access data not intended for you or log into a server or account you are not authorised to access;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network;
• breach or attempt to breach security or authentication measures;
• forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in any e-mail or posting;
• use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.

We may investigate any violation and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.

4. Errors, Corrections & Changes

Information on the Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice. Use the Site at your own risk; we are not liable for any reliance on its content.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all Material are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ME·J, its affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—the Site or Material, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed ₪400.

6. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ME·J, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Site.

7. International Use

ME·J makes no representation that the Site or Material is appropriate or available outside Israel. Accessing the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from outside Israel, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external websites ("Linked Sites"). ME·J has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any Linked Site. Links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

9. Change, Suspension or Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Site—or any feature—at any time without notice or liability. We may also terminate or suspend your access for any breach of this Agreement.

10. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and ME·J.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or this Agreement.

12. Time Limit for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

13. Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ME·J regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
